I speak to about japanese food.

because of my major is japanese food.

it is very wide variety, detail food, and very fresh food.

so, we need a professionalism.

from now on, I explain to a most famous japanese food.

that is a nigiri sushi(fresh fish sushi), sushi roll, okonomiyaki(egg based japanese style pancakes), chawang mushi(steamed egg custard)


in the first,  nigiri sushi is the oval shaped sushi. that is a popular kind of sushi.

and also sushi roll is called maki- zushi is popularity. (maki means roll in japanese)

The sushi enough thumb, it put on the fresh fish in the rice which unites and it makes. when eating this sushi, dipping japanese horse radish( wasabi)and soy  sauce.

Now, I explain to sushi roll. it is a wrapped by laver.

there are many kinds of sushi roll, depending on the fillings.

some common sushi roll in japan are tekkamaki. it is a raw tuna filling.

and kappamaki is cucumber slice filling, and futomaki.

sushi and sushi roll all over the world popular.

because very delicious and taste rough, tase fragrant and fresh, unaffected.


At second, I relate to okonomiyaki is japanese pancake.

and such as japanese jeon( korean style pancake) .

but okonomiyaki is makes not fry pan. making it is East asia(korea, japan) style hot plate.

Depending on the region of Japan, okonomiyaki is prepared in various different styles. In Hiroshima, which is especially well known for its Okonomiyaki, it is served with or on top of Yakisoba (fried noodles)

After ladling the wheat flour in the water, it mixes the material of the cabbage, the meat and the sea food and cook on a griddle in hot plate.

it raises katsuobushi( dry bonito fish) and it eats.

It is the man and woman young and old it does irrespective of rank very popular food, the people who are common.


At last, I relate to chawan mushi.

Chawan Mushi is a popular Japanese egg custard dish.

In fact special China cups are made for preparing and serving the custard.

The cups come with lids that are used to keep the custard warm for a while after it is served. it is taste such as very soft icecream. also, chawan mushi is excellent when served chilled as a summer dish.

you can add vegetables, sea food, etc if you like.
