how to manage our time, n how to manage stress..

and also how to manage our goal..

it's all very useful. not only for now, but also for the future..

how to manage stress :

"hv healthy attitude" => u now urself well n noe wat u want to achieve

"hv healthy lifestyle" => nutrition(eating well), sleep well(7-8hours), n exercise(3x a week)

"relaxation technique" =>take a deep breath wen u feel stress..

how to manage time :

"use a calender" => to write a major academic events

"hv weekly schedule" => u can see ur time easily, n find ur available time ,

"to do a list" => so u can noe which want u hvnt finish,,

Strategies are schedule time of ur regular study, be specific bout ur study, n schedule sometime for ur personal life..

how to manage goals :

"noe clearly wat u want to accomplish"

"balance ur academic goals & personal life"

it will really helpful to our life, as long as we follow it..

yesterday was christmas.. aahh~~ i didnt go anywhere,,,

just stayed at home.. soo boring~,,=,=

ah!! i just finished watching korean drama!!!

i watched MY GIRL, it's korean drama.. it's so funny, touhced, n romantic!!!

i ever cry alot watched this drama!! ooww,, lee dong wook n lee da hae r so perfect!!

handsome n pretty,, wkwkwkwkwkwk,,, aah~ i like korean drama a lot..

i still holiday,,dun noe wat i wanna do..=.=

what drama i can watch?? ahh~ recommend to me, what's good for watch?? wakaka..

aaa~~ i'll receive my exam result tommorow..

soo nervous... i hope all my friends and i pass,, and we can continue to the next level again..
