Service, care, any sort of compromise flew out the window long ago.

It's harder to stay and fight, be honorable and take responsibility for your belongings, than to just run off and suffer bad credit for a while.

I meet some awful cases of property abandonment because it's often the only option. People are losing their jobs, homes, families. Everything they've built in their lives.
