So today, I spent my entire day moving, reconfiguring and (almost) screaming at my ISP's technical support guy. Luckily the problem was eventually resolved and everything is fine now (I hope).

Sometimes I wonder why I even bothered to move hosts since it's a big bother. I guess what turns me off many web hosts is because of their so-called customer service. Somehow, before you puchase a plan (and the first few times you have a problem with your webbie), they'll respond fast and excellently. But subsequently, it's a no-show and they just ignore you. Since they can't be bothered to keep my business, then I'm better off giving my money to some hosts that can provide better service and support.
