This is the tattoo I have on my left hand, well, fingers to be more exact. The numbers stand for Acts 24:5 (Acts being the 5th book of the New Testament). This tattoo is related to the 'plague' tattoo I have on the back of my neck. In this verse, Paul the Apostle is referred to as a plague (see NKJV, as well as some other versions, but all translations, no matter the word, still carry the same context), that he would not stop talking about Jesus, and was spreading this message among the people.
