Before we begin, let's explain what this is. Yes, it is a real hand, and that would be my own hand indeed. A friend of mine in college had a school project of his choosing, which happened to be a fake band called the Pyromaniacs, and my hand happened to become the front cover of the lyric book and CD. It was only edited to make it more clear, as the flame was blue during burning, so we took a still of the same stunt which looked more like you see now (an orange redish flame) and overlayed it on the movie file. What can I say, this friend is a photoshop genius.
