Ok, so starting today im going on a fast. I want to see some results in 3 weeks. And yes I know it is not healthy, but I got plenty of water by my side. Today is 105 degrees...OH MAN. heheh. Well I'll be taking some new pictures today. If I do I'll post them up.

ok so today i did some more work and went shopping. FOR DINNER MY BROTHER-N-LAW MADE SOME REALLY GOOD CRAB MEAT WITH VEGGIES ALSO CHICKEN SOUP WITH VEGGIE. AND I MADE SUSHI. UM....IM SO FULL RITE NOW. BUT IM SO SAD BECAUSE IM UP HERE WITHOUT MY CAMERA.

ON THE OTHER HAND I ALREADY MADE A VIDEO. BUT ITS AT HOME AND STILL DEBATING IF ILL POST IT UP.

OKAY ITS BEEN THREE DAYS NOW. AND I FINALLY GOT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. WELL CLEANING MY SISTER'S NEW HOUSE WASN'T SO BAD BUT EVERY LITTLE PART OF ME IS ACHING. ESP. RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. I GOT PAINT ON MY BASKETBALL SHORTS SO I CAN'T EVER WEAR THEM ANYMORE. AND THESE PAST TWO DAYS I'VE BEEN SLEEPING IN TOO. BUT DO I LOVE THIS HOUSE ESP. THE MASTER-BEDROOM'S BATHROOM...ITS SO COOL. (((WE'RE GOING OUT FOR SUSHI I THINK THIS WEEKEND FOR OUR REWARD.))) lol.

MAYBE RAFTING ON SATURDAY. WHOO.

so tomorrow at 8am im leaving Fresno for the summer and going to sac. But funny thing is im there not to have fun but do labor. LOL my sister bought a new house so i have to go help paint, fix things, lift things in and out & help shop (since im the more artistic one). Oh well, its something to do. LOL. But i love doing these things you know. Get to spend time with the family and lose some calories.

i'm hope that today i can make a video...i always wanted to make a video, but my camera makes my voice sounds funny. and today i have my sister's cam with me so i can try. will i made about 3 last time but my computer rebooted so they're all on my files online. this time im hoping to sing to the camera. LOL. i'm not that good, but if it turns out ok i might post it up.

and for today so far all i did was practice some hmong (reading), baby-sit my niece and nephews, laundry and the dishes.
