I am always afraid if customers complain about something whenever i think they ordered a lot of sushi. Of course, it is good for sales but there is a reason why I say so.

Everytime customers order a VARIETY of sushi, surprisingly I hear one common complaint. "some fish does not taste as it is supposed to be"

That's right. I agree but does not mean the fish is NOT fresh. What happends to your tasting when you eat all different kinds of food in your mouth mixed with soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, & even some drink? Your tongue can no longer taste the real flavor of food. 

I am not a doctor so this is just my personal opinion but I would like to give my opinion some credit because it happens quite often and there is nothing wrong with fish when we do taste it.

a few years ago, a friend of mine was staying in my place watching TV all night. He woked me up early in the morning and said,

"Hey hey hey,,, doooooooo you know there is aaaaaa GHOOOOST in your condo?"

I just had no idea about what he was talking about but he looked dead serious and I could see that he could not sleep much last night. and he said,

Laaaaast night, I was watching TV annnnnnnd 2 or 3 in the morning... theeee clock on the wall ... oh my gosh,,, was moving by itself.... annnnnnd stopped .. I doooon't even want to talk about.... ha la la...

I just couldn't help laughing my aXX off because it was a satellite clock and automatically resets itself to daylight saving time change. Every year when the daylight saving starts and ends, it reminds me of that funny (perhaps still unfunny for him) incident. I wonder if my friend still remembers how he looked that day.
