Jeepneys with really loud music are called, "Patok" because they play remixed versions of old hiphop songs such as Mary J. Blige's Family Affair. Some passengers find it annoying, some don't.

The drivers won't forgive you if you pay the wrong fare, but the thing is, they are driving while taking the passenger's fare, count it and hand the change. How on earth would they know if you paid the wrong amount while they're driving? And they do that in less than 2 minutes. Such talented Filipino men.
