Children don't grow up unless you give them responsibility for their actions. Chidlren need to learn and be guided by smart adults. Generally the best way to teach children is by example. If you don't do something right, then how can you expect other people to do it right? You don't teach someone how to do something, you teach them how to learn how to do something for themselves, you teach them how to decide what they want to learn by themselves. You help to teach someone to think for themselves. The biggest stranger is yourself. If you don't know your parents, then you don't know your history, then you don't know yourself. If you have any, you should know your friends first, then your lover, then your family, then your environment, and all the people around you. How can you exist if you can't take of yourself and your friends? You can't learn anything if you don't observe. If you observe but don't interpret, then you get nothing out of it. If you interpret wrong, then you are worse off than not observing at all. If you trust your observations and interpretations, then you are complacent. Even if you're unsatisfied and on the edge, you can still fail. Being able to asses a situation correctly for the most unknowns is the greatest asset. In a way, the skills you should know when gambling reflects a part of life. Survive first, then live. Power is something that does with will, knowledge, ability, numbers, and the unknown. Being lazy, afraid, or unmotivated to do something is stupid. If you have a reason to do something, do it right and get it done. Fear, Pain, Intimidation, Threat Lust, Greed, Respect, Anger Feed what you want others to know to them. Keep what you don't want anyone else to know to yourself. Find out what others don't want other's to know. Be in other people's business even when you're not involved in it. Situational awareness. You can never be too prepared, too detailed, or too legit. Predict, anticipate, and react. Follow your own rules.
