모처럼 주어진 시간을 주체 하지 못하다가, 하루 정도 시간을 지내어 보니 다시 자리를 찾은듯 하다.

i didn't  hard to deal with a long-awaited time but i felt so good during the past a day.

선물 받은 책에서 꼭 그 시간을 설명하는 글이 있어 옮겨 본다.

i took a book which was a gift and i wrote a text because i found a text  for my explaination
that time.

어떤 사람이 불안과 슬픔에 빠져 있다면

if someone feels worry and sorrow.

그는 이미 지나가 버린 과거의 시간에 아직도 매달려 있는 것이다.

He is  clinging to the past already.

또 누가 미래를 두려워하면서 잠 못 이룬다면

and someone could not sleep because  he fear the future.

그는 아직 오지도 않은 시간을 가불해서 쓰고 있는 것이다.

he spent  advance time taht was not comming.

과거나 미래 쪽에 한눈을 팔면 현재의 삶이 소멸해 버린다.

if he sees the past  or future then he became extinct life of the present.

보다 직설적으로 표현하면 과거도 없고 미래도 없다. 항상 현재일 뿐이다.

more straight talk that it did not exist  in the past or future.

it was  always the present time.
