In Tokyo and willing to take some pictures?

I'm putting together a present for my second Mom and hoping that someone in the Tokyo area can help me gather some information since this type of thing is impossible to acquire here in the States (plus, I don't speak of lick of Japanese!)

I'm looking for pictures of my Mom's hometown prior to the construction of the new buildings that are found now. In particular, I'm looking for pictures of 1) a building/home before it was demolished or a picture of the current building and plaque in front of the new condos there now 2) samurai armor & weaponry from (the shrine) Katori Gina

If anyone is kind enough to do this - any part of it (I'm not looking for it all (though all would be super awesome ~_~) ... but any of it will do). I will gladly compensate your time and effort. Please leave a message if you are interested (and would like to acquire positive karma for the rest of your life ... lol =P)

What I'm looking for in detail:

2-3-1 Misuji, Taito-ku, Tokyo
* Picture of old building (maybe found in a library or city hall?)
* Picture of the current building (condo)
* Picture of the plaque found in front of the current building that states who built it

Katori Gina (shrine)
Maebayashi samurai armor & weaponry
* Picture of any or all of the sumurai armor and weaponry from the Maebayashi family found in (the shrine) Katori Gina
* Picture of a trunk
* Close-up picture of the Maebayashi kamon (family crest) on the pieces [Family crest is takanoha (two feathers)]
