it might be: Korean input system (IME 2002)

idk that's what it says if you go to language bar, under settings, under Installed Services

it says English as one, and then it says Korean and then under that it says Handwriting Recognition and under that it says Keyboard and under that it says Korean Input System (IME 2002)
