exercising is hard! so this week i have been exersicing! yea me! i've been really pushing it off. now that i am alittle older i can't eat everything i want to and be stick skinny anymore. i need to lose about 10 lbs. get back to about 100-105 lbs. that would be ideal. i've been runnning / jump roping/ dancing / crunchies / walking for aleast 45 mins everyday. i can't tell a difference but my legs are killing me.
