Got the inspiration from Moonstruck Chocolate and made this wedding cake like truffles. Though it was harder than I thought.
The tuffles were heavy, thus were hard to handle, I was tired (I'm blaming my habit of late night chocolate making), and the tempered chocolate was getting hard every second!! (I guess the chocolate was over-tempered)
First, I made the ganache(dark chocolate + kirsh ganache) and let it harden overnight. Then, I cut into shapes - hearts, ovals, and fluted ovals. Then I enrobbed them in dark chocolate & decorated with dragees.
