The proper name is Pistachio, Hazelnut & Sunflower Seeds Bark.  This is also from Chocolate Obsession book.

Used pistachio from Greece (coworker's friend brought it from coworker's farm in Greece), hazelnut, sunflower seeds, and Fluer de Sel (Flower of Salt - as you know flowers are expensive.  So is this salt. :p )

Wrapped in cooking foil and finished it with strips of scrabbooking papers. (A bit thicker and prettier than most wrapping papers)
