Well, these are almond bark AND candid orange peel bark.
One day, my boss came back from a meeting outside and as usual brought in bunch of goodies from the Whole Foods Market (I guess it's his favorite grocery store ;). This time he gave me a piece of dark chocolate almond bark. How dare he to hand me a piece of chocolate that I did NOT make? I'm just kidding!! I love when he does that. He's one of my unofficial chocolate tester! :D He even takes pictures with his cell phone of pretty truffles and such when he goes on a business trip and show them to me later.
So, what do I do? Eye for an eye!! I came home and made the almond bark just like the one my boss gave me then more. Of course! - Candid orange peel bark.
Well, quite frankly, these barks are not that "technical". Actually it was my first time to make bark and had NO problem. However, people seem to really like it, so here goes my dilemma. Should I quit making those tricky truffles and start making only barks? Have NOT found the answer yet.
